ONLINE AND SELF-PACED - ENROLL ANY TIME:
How do we begin to provide ALL students access to rigorous curriculum that is accessible and equitable? One way is to implement a Collaborative or Co-Teaching Model. Yet, what is Collaborative Teaching/Co-Teaching especially in your school? How do you begin? What if you had a “bad” experience in a Co-teaching assignment? How can you start on the “right foot”? This course is your answer.
This course allows you to apply information about Collaborative Teaching/Co-Teaching within your teaching context and your students’ needs. You’ll start with a reflective study of what Collaborative/Co-Teaching means. Next, you’ll delve into the benefits of Collaborative/Co-teaching for your classroom. Then, you’ll examine Collaborative Teaching/Co-Teaching models followed by how classroom management looks in your Collaborative/Co-teaching classroom.
