Full course description
ONLINE, SELF-PACED COURSE.
A calm and focused class starts with the teacher. Through this 1-hour online self-paced course, K-12 educators will feel the personal benefits from stretching, breathing, self-massage, and mindful meditation. Participants will receive continuous access to the Stress Reduction course video library and 1 professional clock hour upon completion of the course. To receive the full benefit of this class, you will need a self-massage ball, a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or some other type of small soft ball.
