Full course description
ONLINE AND SELF-PACED - ENROLL ANY TIME: Through this 10-hour online self-paced course, educators will feel the personal benefits from mindful movement, breath regulation, meditation, and stretching while they are learning how to integrate mindfulness and movement throughout the daily classroom routine to keep students engaged and focused throughout the day. Participants will receive Self-Regulation Strategies and Classroom Yoga Breaks card/poster sets in black & white and color, access to a comprehensive yoga and mindfulness video library after course completion, and 10 professional clock hours.
